Kaizen Collision is under new ownership and building something better than ever before. Our Flagstaff location is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Estimator who values accuracy, communication, and doing right by the customer.

What You’ll Do

• Assess vehicle damage and write accurate repair estimates using industry-standard software

• Communicate clearly with customers, insurers, and production teams

• Manage repair flow to support cycle time and quality repairs

• Review repairs to ensure accuracy, safety, and quality standards

• Build and maintain relationships with insurance partners and vendors

• Support shop profitability through proper estimating and supplements

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of auto body estimating or collision repair experience

• Working knowledge of repair methods, parts, and estimating systems

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple jobs without sacrificing accuracy

• Organized, professional, and calm under pressure

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
