- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and certified Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. This unique role blends comprehensive clinical support with advanced medical scribing. You will work side-by-side with our healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care, precise EMR documentation, and efficient clinical operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Perform patient intake, triage, and comprehensive vital sign assessments. Assist providers during clinical exams and minor medical procedures utilizing sterile and aseptic techniques.
- Medical Scribing & Documentation: Accurately document patient encounters in real-time within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, including history of present illness (HPI), physical exams, assessment/plan, and laboratory/imaging orders.
- Bilingual Patient Care: Serve as a primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring clear, culturally competent communication, accurate history-taking, and thorough translation of provider instructions.
- Care Coordination: Manage medication reconciliation, process prior authorizations, administer injections/medications according to protocol, and handle patient callbacks and prescription refills under provider direction.
- Data & Quality Management: Maintain impeccable data integrity within the EMR to support clinical quality metrics and smooth operational workflows.
Pay: $12.00 - $14.50 per hour
