Onsite Manager and Maintenance for small complex in Vacaville. This is a full time position. Must live onsite. On call for emergencies
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance work includes, but is not limited to, painting, light plumbing, drywall patching, light carpentry, preventive maintenance
-Daily walk through complex, inspect grounds, maintain curb appeal, and report any issues to management
-Marketing vacancies, processing applications
-Rent collection, making deposits, serving any necessary notices, handling maintenance requests, enforcing rules and maintaining good tenant relations, coordinating with vendors, weekly reports to management
-Keep all resident and property files updated and in order
-Maintain office hours
-other work as assigned by management
Requirements:
-Must live on-site.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficiency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
-strong customer service and organization skills
-Valid driver’s license, good driving record, current insurance, and operable vehicle
