PART TIME MANAGER AND PART TIME MAINTENANCE TEAM for a small complex in Vacaville. Must Live on-site. This position requires being on-call for emergencies. Compensation to include salary and ONE 2 bedroom apartment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintenance work includes, but is not limited to, painting, light plumbing, drywall patching, and carpentry, preventive maintenance
-Daily walk through complex, inspect grounds and report any issues to management
-Marketing vacancies, processing applications
-Rent collection, making deposits, serving any necessary notices, handling maintenance requests, enforcing rules and maintaining good tenant relations, coordinating with vendors, weekly reports to management
-Keep all resident and property files updated and in order
-Maintain office hours
Requirements:
-This position requires living on-site and being on call for emergencies.
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Proficiency in English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
-strong customer service and organization skills
-Valid driver’s license, good driving record, current insurance, and operable vehicle
