Job Overview
Kaiser Vacation Rentals is looking for an experienced Office Operations Associate to join our team to help us streamline our daily operations and ensure Kaiser Vacation Rentals operates efficiently. Our office associate effectively facilitates luxury vacation rental home management support. The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with people across teams and departments, is able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and knows how to effectively estimate and manage time spent on a variety of tasks.
Responsibilities for Office Operations Associate
Coordinate with various departments and vendors to achieve optimal work production across the board; including outside vendors for maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry processing
Prepare and monitor reports daily for activity relating to guest arrivals and departures and distribute as necessary
Conduct Quality Assurance measures between guest arrivals as requested
Guest relations, including reviewing and confirming reservations, and collecting payments
Oversee linen and supply management
Answer office calls and in-person visits from guests, owners, vendors, and internal employees
Assist with property and field operations as requested
Write property descriptions
Qualifications for Office Operations Associate
Strong written and oral communications
Proven experience working in business operations
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Good social and presentation skills
High self-initiative with the ability to work well under pressure
Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
Knowledge of handling of general office equipment
Proficient in technology including Microsoft Office applications
Physical capability of standing or sitting for long hours each workday
Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds
Available to work weekends, holidays, and serve in on-call rotation
Reliable transportation and mobile device used for work purposes
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
