Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Database Administrator with 15 years of expertise in DB2 for z/OS, Oracle, and SQL Server administration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database planning, performance tuning, schema design, backup/recovery, database upgrades, and operational support across enterprise environments.
Required Skills:
Strong experience with DB2 for z/OS administration, catalog maintenance, recovery, and performance tuning
Expertise in Oracle and SQL Server database administration and integration
Hands-on experience with JCL, RACF, CICS, COBOL, ISPF, and z/OS platform support
Experience with SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, Windows Servers, and Azure
Knowledge of disaster recovery, infrastructure change management, and monitoring tools
Ability to perform SQL code reviews, documentation, troubleshooting, and mentoring technical teams
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
