Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a field technician, desktop support, or IT dispatch role within a managed services environment
- Hands-on experience with endpoint provisioning and ITSM ticketing platforms
- Proficiency in endpoint imaging and deployment tools such as Autopilot, Intune, Jamf, or WDS
- Understanding of ITIL principles and ability to apply incident, request, and change management
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with non-technical stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs
- Preferred: CompTIA A certification and exposure to Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar MDM
Qualifications
- Experience in providing technical support for end-users and systems.
- Proficiency with desktop computers and familiarity with operating system installation and maintenance.
- Skills in printer support, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Strong capability in troubleshooting and diagnosing IT-related issues.
- Hands-on experience with computer repair and hardware replacement.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in the field and adapt to diverse environments effectively.
- Relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A or equivalent are a plus.
- Previous experience in managed IT services or similar field roles is advantageous.
