KAIROS, Inc is searching for an energetic, experienced, and highly motivated Logistics Analyst, to join our team. The worksite location for this position is located in St. Inigoes, MD. There is potential for hybrid work with this position.

This position will perform full life cycle material management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling. Candidate will interface with GPLs and Government client organizations to coordinate and complete all project processes from requirements through disposal.
Primary Duties :
- Assists in the development and or review of ILS planning analysis and strategies for supported systems, documentation and schedules considering geographic areas of deployment, equipment requirements, supportability, equipment / material availability, procurement lead-times, inventory, and stocking requirements.
- Provides material analysis and recommendations in the areas of material tracking from acquisition to delivery, level of repair, inventory management, configuration management, and obsolescence tracking.
- Processes, tracks, and monitors material testing and RMA requests through coordination with GPLs, labs, procurement team and suppliers.
- Provides recommendations for sustainment supply support to ensure all assets / inventories are properly stocked and available for applicable use.
- Reviews and provides input into MELs, and BOMs and monitors material delivery and risks.
- Coordinates with engineering and integration teams to track, monitor and report system configuration changes.
- Provides supply chain support and risk management to ensure risks are monitored, resolved, or mitigated and accepted to maintain supply-chain efficiency, and minimize costs.
- Attends meetings and reviews In-Person as required.

This position is subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. In order to complete the requirements for government security clearance investigation you must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to complete the full background investigation. This position requires an Active Secret Security Clearance.
Compensation :
While skills, education, and experience are key factors, they are not the sole determinants of salary. Other determining factors include but are not limited to location, contract budgets and requirements, and government labor category guidelines. The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 to $80,000. KAIROS also provides a comprehensive benefits package as additional employee compensation.
