What You’ll Own (Key Outcomes)
Client Recovery Outcomes
Lead clients to 90% recovery success rates through personalized, measurable treatment plans.
Satisfaction & Retention
Sustain 95% patient satisfaction scores—ensuring high client retention and referrals.
Treatment Compliance & Documentation
Maintain full compliance in clinical documentation, protocols, and licensing standards.
PTA Leadership & Oversight
Develop and coach PTAs to uphold clinical excellence and enhance team efficiency.
Innovation & Program Contribution
Play a key role in optimizing recovery programs and expanding service capabilities.
Your Role in Action
- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients with orthopedic and performance-related conditions
- Design and implement customized treatment plans using manual therapy and movement science
- Integrate Kairos modalities including float, infrared, and compression therapy into care pathways
- Document thoroughly and on-time using EMR, aligned with legal and internal standards
- Mentor and supervise PTAs to ensure alignment with Kairos protocols and quality benchmarks
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure seamless, client-centered care
You Might Be a Fit If You...
- Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), with an active Texas PT license and CPR/First Aid certification
- Bring 2 years of experience in outpatient ortho, sports, or performance PT settings
