Position Overview: We are hiring an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to support outreach and networking efforts for a growing company offering commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, and laundry services.

This is a junior role best suited for someone dependable, personable, and comfortable speaking with others in professional settings. The position functions as a marketing runner and outbound outreach assistant, helping introduce our services to local businesses and community members in a positive and professional manner.

This role includes light B2B sales support, including warm outreach, occasional cold outreach, attending networking events, and assisting at vendor booths.

You will be provided with a schedule of events and locations to visit, along with clear talking points about our services. This is not a senior marketing position and does not require advanced experience. We are looking for someone motivated, reliable, and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

· Attend local networking events and introduce our services to business owners and professionals

· Support B2B outreach efforts, including warm outreach and occasional cold outreach

· Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner

· Assist with vendor booth setup and breakdown at events

· Distribute flyers, business cards, and promotional materials

· Assist with researching and pricing promotional items (flyers, pens, branded materials, etc.)

· Run occasional errands related to marketing activities

· Help identify potential partnership and referral opportunities

· Provide feedback from outreach conversations and events

· Support promotion of commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, and laundry services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Friendly and comfortable speaking with new people.
• Professional, dependable, and punctual.
• Able to hold engaging conversations with business owners and professionals.
• Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events.
• Organized and able to follow instructions.
• Basic understanding of professionalism in business settings.
• Reliable transportation preferred.
• Interest in marketing, sales, or business is helpful.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking with the ability to devise innovative marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
