About the Role
As an Assistant Preschool Teacher, you will work alongside the Lead Teacher to support daily classroom routines, activities, and care. You’ll help foster a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment where children feel loved, supported, and encouraged to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities and routines
- Help create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Assist with transitions, meals, rest time, and outdoor play
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Maintain classroom cleanliness and organization
- Model positive behavior and nurturing interactions
- Follow licensing, safety, and school policies
