Job description
Kairos Academics, located in Irvine, CA, is looking for high school / advanced level physics tutors. Our team specializes in developing individualized learning programs tailored to the students’ needs. Sessions are either delivered in a one-on-one setting or a small group class. Prospective tutors must possess the following qualities:

- Knowledgeable in subject material
- Experienced in teaching and mentoring
- Patient, professional, and prompt

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, personalized academic tutoring
Regularly convey encouragement/support to students
Schedule with students and adjust as needed
Provided timely feedback to parents and CEO as needed (usually once a month)
Minimum Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or holding a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a related field
Substantive experience tutoring or teaching middle and/or high school students
Reliable form of transportation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Training available for qualified candidates
Subjects:
Integrated Science 1/2, AP Physics, high school Physics, college-prep Physics
