- Active broker’s license is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Real Estate Development) is a plus.
- 7 of progressive experience in property management with a proven track record of success in leading and managing large, diverse portfolios across multiple regions.
- Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale operations, cross-functional teams, and improving business performance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends, interpret data, and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools, including property management systems and data analytics platforms.
- Complete knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to property management.
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
