Job Description:
- Learn and understand project/business context to be able to write meeting minutes, create materials, and facilitate meetings effectively
- Develop and support managing program/project plan
- Develop project approaches and templates
- Develop meeting cadence and schedule meetings/working sessions (including agenda, content preparation, coordinating obtaining inputs from stakeholders, logistics planning, etc)
- Plan and support project meeting cadence: DRB communications, DRB meeting preparation, Workstream meetings, Project meetings, etc
- Develop content/materials for meetings (DRB, Sponsor, Project meetings, etc)
- Action tracking and follow-up with action owners
- Establish and manage Risk/Action/Issue/Decision (RAID) log tracking/help risk owner and PMs resolve issues/risks and escalating where necessary
- Define and maintain MS teams structure documents storage and archiving documents/deliverables
- Create deliverable inventory and support development of deliverables (as needed)
- Support team members to create slides/content for meetings/engagements (creating content or coordinating obtaining content from Business/SMEs)
