We are seeking a motivated and experienced EIFS Finisher/Crew Foreman to lead and execute exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) projects with precision and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of EIFS installers, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute project plans
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to meet project timelines and specifications
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and enforce safety protocols on-site at all times
- Manage daily site activities, including material deliveries, equipment usage, and workforce scheduling
- Conduct quality control inspections using tools such as ohmmeters and other testing devices to verify proper installation
- Maintain accurate documentation of work progress, safety reports, and project logs using construction management software like ProCore or Bluebeam
Skills
- Extensive experience in construction site management with a focus on EIFS installation or related exterior wall systems
- Strong supervisory skills with proven ability to lead diverse teams effectively
- Proficiency in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, HeavyBid, and Primavera for scheduling and project tracking
- Knowledge of construction estimating, budgeting, contracts, and project scheduling techniques
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety procedures specific to construction sites
- Skilled in using measurement tools such as ohmmeters for quality assurance testing
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders at all levels
