Kaimuki Christian Church & School is seeking a committed Christian to serve as its Facilities Manager.
The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, operation, and upkeep of our 2-acre church and school campus, consisting of four buildings. This role ensures a safe, clean, functional, and welcoming environment for worship, education, and community activities, reflecting the values and mission of our organization. The Facility Manager provides leadership and supervision to a maintenance assistant and four custodians, fostering a team-oriented and service-minded approach.
The ideal candidate will have a college degree and/or 5 years of progressive work experience with buildings, maintenance, and supervising others. Compensation will be in the range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, commensurate with the candidate’s education and experience.
