Kaimetrix is looking for a ServiceNow Systems Administrator to configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform to support IT Service Management (ITSM) and related processes. This role ensures platform stability, implements enhancements, and collaborates with stakeholders to optimize workflows and integrations.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with Agile development process
• Developed from conception to completion web forms in ASP.Net that aided in efficient allocation of resources to meet mission success
• Implemented numerous ServiceNow catalog items based off customer requirements and specifications
• Utilized ServiceNow workflows to increase efficiency and effectiveness of Catalog Items
• Created Reports for users Dashboards to get a summary of work at a glance
• Customized Notifications so it would have a meaningful impact on the recipient
