What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facebook Ads Manager - Entry Level position at Kaifect?
Our Marketing Agency is looking for a Facebook & Instagram Advertising Manager who can help us create, optimize, and scale profitable campaigns for each of our clients!
You'll need basic experience with FB Ads and a good ability to navigate FB Business Manager but you'll also receive plenty of training and a unique chance to grow professionally.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Check Scoreboard for Ad Performance: Review performance of ad campaigns to formulate actions for improvement, propose suggestions for performance improvement. Your suggestions should: Increase/maximize ROAS, modify budget for optimal performance, optimize for cost per click/lead cost to acquire customer.
- Check Databox for Performance to Sales Goal: See if we are on track to hit the sales goals for the week/month. Focus on generating more, quality leads increase product sales.
- Work hand in hand with Account Manager and Project Managers to ensure daily alignment and timely delivery of project activities.
Weekly Responsibilities:
- Update Weekly Ad Briefing: Review advertising account for trends (in Scoreboard, Databox, etc), Identify red flags and perform changes to optimize paying particular attention to Budget & ROAS.
- Provide colorful campaign updates. We use these to communicate with our clients what is going on with their account. Suggest specific actions for the week for each.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Implement New Ad Copy Creative Variations: Propose aggressive, proactive action for evergreen ads, ideate new ad videos, copy, creative, variations, etc.
- Manage Optimize Ad Campaigns: Duplicate high performing ads, expand audiences, increase budget, add upsell
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Research Campaign Ideas: Do some research into the different campaign/marketing ideas you could approach for this project. Utilize all the information you have on file about this client, including sales calls, questionnaires filled out, plus documents and resources they've already provided. Check out some competitors and see what worked and didn’t work.
- Deploy Ads to Support Launch: Pre-Launch (Leads) Cart Open (Sales). Ensure ads are approved by social platform after submitting. Check to ensure no ads were rejected, if there are any, adjust verbiage and resubmit for approval.
- Activate Ads according to campaign schedule: Our campaign dates are bound by agreement terms, as such, ensure that all checklists are complete to activate traffic according to schedule.
- Activate Traffic for Launch: Install plugins for conversion tracking, build target audiences,
set up new campaigns. Objective: Conversions or Lead Generation.
