Kai USA Ltd. is seeking an HR Generalist (Recruiting & HR Operations) to support onsite human resources activities with a primary focus on recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations. This is a hands-on role supporting a manufacturing and office workforce and is ideal for an HR professional looking to grow as a generalist.
What You’ll Do
· Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
· Coordinate interviews, offers, background checks, and onboarding activities
· Design, own, and continuously improve new-hire orientation and onboarding processes
· Serve as a first point of contact for employee HR questions
· Maintain accurate HRIS and employee records
· Support benefits administration and payroll activities
What We’re Looking For
· 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Familiarity with basic employment law and HR compliance requirements
· Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
· Experience with HRIS, or payroll systems
