What You’ll Be Doing (aka How You Win)
Leasing & Sales (Your Main Game)
- Give tours that sell the lifestyle (not just the apartment)
- Close leases and stack commissions
- Follow up like a pro—turn every lead into a signed lease
- Drive pre-leasing renewals like a boss
- Track your numbers and beat your goals
Collections & Business Skills
- Learn the financial side—rent collections & payment plans
- Communicate confidently with residents & guarantors
- Keep everything organized in Entrata
Leadership & Growth
- Help lead Community Assistants
- Support daily operations and keep the office running strong
- Step into responsibility that prepares you for a Property Manager role
What We’re Looking For
- Sales mindset—you like to win
- Strong communicator with confidence to close
- Organized, accountable, and goal-oriented
- Comfortable having firm (but professional) conversations
- Bonus points for leasing or customer service experience
- Available to work weekends during peak season (that’s when the money’s made)
Compensation & Perks
- $17–$22/hour base pay
- $35 per new lease $50 per renewal
