Position Description Position Title: Senior Development, Application Department: Research and Development (R&D) Location: Alpharetta, GA or Remote Reports to: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Job Scope and Accountabilities: The Senior Application Developer plays a key role in designing, developing, and implementing critical platform components within the Kahua ecosystem. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and efficient software using C#, XAML (UWP, WPF, Xamarin), and Microsoft technologies. The developer also contributes to tools that support Kahua’s low-code kBuilder platform and collaborates closely with internal teams to support integration and client delivery efforts. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement C# and XAML-based platform components
- Enhance tooling to support rapid application development in Kahua’s kBuilder platform
- Analyze, design, and develop integration applications and services
- Support data integration and workflow design efforts
- Provide technical assistance for client implementations
- Collaborate across teams and departments to ensure quality and scalability Experience Required:
- Senior-level C# developer (7 years), with integration experience
- Strong experience with: o MSSQL, Microsoft Web API, XML/JSON o XAML frameworks: UWP, WPF, Xamarin o B2B application development
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience working with cross-functional technical teams Education & Professional Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred)
- 6 years of experience in the field Interpersonal & Business Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
