Role Purpose:
The HR Manager role is a true Generalist position and will be responsible for benefit/leave case management, employee relations, administrative recruitment, contract management, and negotiations.
Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Serves as the "right hand man/woman" to the Director of HR & Admin Services and will be involved in executive meetings, project planning, budget analysis, etc.
- Will oversee two HR Coordinators, 1 Practice Start-Up Coordinator, all contingent admin, and the travel assistant
- Knowledge of HR Law is very valuable
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field is required
Experience: Previous HR experience is required; a foundation in healthcare/administration is valuable
Skills & Certifications:
- Leadership - seeking an HR Manager who has the potential to be in a Director role (8-10 years)
- Professional and knowledgable; ability to influence and speak with physicians, chiefs, and executive leadership.
- Organized; will be involved in project management and implementation alongside the HR Coordinator
- Critical Thinking
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented
- Previous supervisory experience is required

Pay: $84,000-$105,000/annually, based on experience
