What You’ll Do:
- Assist in leading the planning and design phases of significant higher education, sports, recreation, and wellness projects, generating, and translating design concepts into final architectural solutions
- Support Project Manager in project management tasks, focusing on schedule, staffing, and budget
- Coordinate the project’s design intent with technical project requirements
- Direct and manage the internal and external design team from initial planning through construction administration
- Represent the team with multiple education, sports, and culture clients, industry partners, contractors, consultants, and public authorities
- Contribute to our robust local and national portfolio
- 7 years of experience as an architectural professional with experience in public and private higher education clients and projects
- Professional degree in Architecture and Architectural registration
- 4 years of Revit production experience, proficiency utilizing Revit and automation technologies
- Experience in the selection of building materials and systems
- Successful team-orientation and collaboration behaviors
- Strong communication skills, spoken, written, and graphic
- Focus on collaboration and cooperation with others, demonstrating project and technical leadership
- High attention to client needs
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and within restrictive time deadlines and budget parameters while maintaining focus and positive attitude
