To manage the F&B Outlets of Kahler Grand to include Lord Essex and Room Service, so as to maintain established operational standards and maximize profits of the hotels.

- Maintain standards of food and beverage quality and guest service quality.
- Achieve budgeted revenues and expenses and maximizes profitability related to the food and beverage department.
- Contribute to the profitability and guest satisfaction perception of other hotel departments.
- Supervise Food & Beverage staff. This includes hiring, training, counseling, disciplining, terminating and completing performance evaluations.
- Develops short term and long term financial and operational plans for the food and beverage department which support the overall objectives of the hotel.
- Participates in the preparation of the annual hotel budget
- Increases level of guest satisfaction by delivery of an improved product through employee development, job engineering and quality image.
- Maintain procedures for credit control and handling of financial transactions.
- Maintain inventory control procedures
- Receive departmental related guest complaints and ensures corrective action is taken
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compensation: $65k annually based on qualifications and experience.
