Responsibilities
- Operations Management: Oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, and room service.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by maintaining service quality standards and resolving any customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff. Schedule shifts and manage employee performance.
- Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and revenue generation. Implement strategies to achieve financial targets.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining stock levels.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Compensation: $65k - $85k annually based on qualifications and experience.
