ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Help make find and maintain staffing levels at all properties
- Train, cross-train, and re-train (when necessary) overnight desk/auditors.
- Help Motivate and Empower all overnight staff
- Cover shifts when needed
- Make schedules for the security team
- Make any corrections and adjustments that need to be done prior to the desk day
- Maintain that all files and resets on the systems are updated for the next day’s operations—and the dates are changed
- Make sure audit reports are getting run and distributed to the correct people,
- Assist Security with any guest issues or disturbances that may arise
- Ensure all security functions are being done ~~ doors locked, express check outs, hallway checks, noise complaints
- Any other duties the Front Office Manager or Finance assigns

- Strong computer skills & have a core business sense
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School education or equivalent experience preferred
- Hotel Experience/Customer service
- Supervisor experience preferred
- Security experience recommended
- Valid Driver's License required
