Duties
- Operate dishwashing machines and manual cleaning stations to efficiently clean all kitchenware, utensils, and cookware.
- Sort and organize dishes and kitchen tools for proper cleaning and storage.
- Ensure all items are sanitized according to health and safety regulations before returning them to service.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and surrounding surfaces.
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling processes to promote an environmentally friendly kitchen.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need replenishing.
- Support the kitchen team with light prep work or other duties as needed during busy periods.
