Kahane & Associates, P.A., a premier consumer finance litigation law firm, is conducting a search for an experienced litigation attorney for its consumer finance litigation practice group in Georgia. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of contested foreclosure litigation experience. Responsibilities include: conducting legal research; drafting pleadings, motions and supporting memoranda of law; attending court hearings, depositions and trials.

Education, training and experience:
Member in good standing with the Georgia Bar.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize tasks while working in a fast paced environment.
