What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Foreclosure Litigation Legal Assistant / Paralegal position at Kahane & Associates, P.A.?
Kahane & Associates, P.A., an award-winning consumer finance litigation law firm located in Sunrise, FL, is seeking skilled, passionate litigation legal assistants/paralegal. Interested applicants must meet the requisite qualifications stated below.
Qualifications:
- 3-4 years of foreclosure litigation experience: Knowledge with the overall Foreclosure process preferred.
- Must be proactive, organized, and have the ability to manage a case load independently and as part of a team;
- Must be driven, have exemplary work ethic, ability to multitask with a great attitude and minimal supervision;
- Provide attorney support with drafting and filing pleadings, affidavits, notices and motions;
- Calendar court deadlines and maintain attorney calendars;
- Organize and index depositions, trial binders and trial exhibits.
- Working knowledge of BKFS LoanShere, TEMPO and Legal Tracker.
