About the Role:
The successful candidate will support the firm’s financial operations through a variety of core responsibilities, including but not limited to:
· Accounts receivable and accounts payable processing
· Legal billing and invoicing support
· Cash applications and reconciliations
· General ledger accounting and transaction management
· Internal reporting and process tracking
Ideal Qualifications:
· Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting (or nearing completion)
· 2 years of accounting experience (legal or professional services environment preferred)
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
· Familiarity with accounting software (Aderant, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms a plus)
· High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline
· Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
· High level of professionalism and discretion
