**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper/Laundry staff member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all. **Duties:** - Perform housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors - Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens - Ensure all areas are well-maintained and sanitized - Assist with porter duties as needed - Handle basic facilities maintenance tasks - Utilize commercial cleaning equipment for floor care - Conduct buffing and other custodial duties - Maintain cleanliness in common areas - Support residential painting projects **Skills:** - Proven experience in industrial cleaning or similar roles - Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices - Familiarity with commercial cleaning procedures - Ability to perform floor care tasks efficiently - Strong attention to detail to ensure spaces are clean and well-maintained - Proficiency in buffing techniques for floor maintenance - Understanding of custodial responsibilities - Capability to maintain cleanliness standards consistently Join our team as a Housekeeper/Laundry staff member and contribute to creating a welcoming environment through your dedication to cleanliness and organization.
