What are the responsibilities and job description for the Brake Press Operator / Material Handler position at Kafka Conveyors & Equipment, Inc.?
Since founded in 1994, Kafka Conveyors & Equipment Inc. has grown into a well-known supplier and manufacturer of conveyors, providing consistently high quality and prompt equipment delivery. With the company expanding, we have Brake Press Operator/ Material Handler position available.Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Distribution of bent materials in the shop.
- Able to properly measure various parts small and large.
- Experience with programming preferred.
- Experience with prior brake presses preferred.
- Clean and scrape parts.
- Safely using brake press.
- Using forklift as needed to transport and move materials.
- Using tape measures, calipers, and calculators as needed.
- Communicate and work with Plant Managers and Supervisors to maintain efficiencies, detect and report defective material or questionable conditions.
