*Duties:*
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon arrival.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently using or similar systems.
- Assist in maintaining a tidy and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with servers, cashier, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Provide assistance to guests with inquiries, helping them feel valued and cared for.
- Uphold high standards of when handling customer inquiries or reservations.
- Support fellow team members in delivering top-notch service to enhance the overall dining experience.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in a or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to and communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with systems is preferred.
- Knowledge of principles to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Experience in or guest services is a plus.
- Understanding of basic procedures is beneficial.
