Branch Service Account Manager

We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Branch Service Account Manager for our Atlanta Branch.

The selected candidate will have responsibilities to include, but not limited to:

• Identify, research and contact existing customer accounts to present and sell Kaeser service, extended warranty agreements and renewals. 
• Assist equipment sales representatives with service and extended warranty customer presentations.
• Review site conditions in person to design tailored service agreements and input into databases, reviewing the information before sending to the customer to ensure high accuracy and reliability.
• Achieve sales goals for service and extended warranty agreements, increasing customer retention and service revenue growth.

The successful candidate’s background will include: 

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in compressed air system service required.
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace.
• SAP experience preferred. Physical attendance at the worksite as required.

This is a hourly position, with an annual range of $65,000-$90,000, to commensurate with experience. We offer an excellent benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Profit Sharing and 401(k) Plan as well as a health and wellness program.
