We are seeking individuals who have worked in an office environment to fill the position of Accounting Coordinator for our Fredericksburg location.

Job Description

The selected candidate will:

• Process Accounts Payable invoices with purchase orders and good receipts.
• Verify general ledger coding with purchase orders.
• Process bi-monthly check runs.
• Responsible for setting up Kaeser in the various online website/portals and maintaining them.
• Entering the SAP invoice(s) on the online sites; if the PO and invoice do not match, communication with the responsible department handling the order.
• Responsible for all steps of the daily procedures to ensure proper customer billing/invoicing.
• Actively collect on customer accounts and related tasks.
• Set up customer accounts and establish their credit limits.
• Enter cash receipt payments.
• Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system. 
• Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include: 

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting preferred, Associate Degree in Accounting Required. (Significant applicable experience may be substituted for the education requirement)
• Good communication skills/phone skills required.
• Computer skills, including proficiency in G-Suite.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
