Role Description The Driver role at Kael Foods is a full-time, on-site position based in Burlingame, CA. The Driver is responsible for safely operating company trucks to deliver dairy products to customers across the San Francisco Bay Area according to scheduled routes. Daily tasks include loading and unloading products, verifying delivery orders, maintaining accurate delivery documentation, and ensuring proper product handling and temperature control. The Driver also communicates with dispatch, responds to customer inquiries during deliveries, and reports any vehicle or delivery issues promptly. This role requires adherence to safety regulations and company policies while representing Kael Foods with professional, courteous service at every stop.

Qualifications

• Strong truck driving skills and safe operation of commercial trucks
• Valid Class C license and clean driving record
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with dispatch and team members
• Customer service skills to provide professional, respectful interaction with clients
• Ability to lift and move dairy products and operate basic loading equipment
• Knowledge of local Bay Area routes and basic navigation tools
• Reliability in time management, adherence to delivery schedules, and attention to detail in paperwork
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in delivery or food distribution is beneficial
