Senior Machinist & Lead Night Shift Operator

We’re looking for a talented Night Shift Lead CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team and help take our operation to the next level. If you’re someone with real hands-on experience and the drive to make an impact, we want to hear what you can bring to the table. What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate CNC mills, including Okuma and Toyoda horizontals
• Perform fixture changes, indicate fixtures, and adjust machine parameters
• Make simple G/M code edits and troubleshoot tooling or machining issues
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
• Perform daily preventive maintenance and machine tool checks
• Work with engineering and supervision on process improvements
• Train and support Level B & C machinists on set-ups and best practices
  
  

Requirements

What You Bring

• Hands-on CNC machining and set-up experience
• Familiarity with Fanuc controls and basic G/M code
• Ability to read blueprints and use basic inspection tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently on the night shift
• Interest in coaching or leading other machinists
