We’re looking for a talented Night Shift Lead CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team and help take our operation to the next level. If you’re someone with real hands-on experience and the drive to make an impact, we want to hear what you can bring to the table. What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC mills, including Okuma and Toyoda horizontals
- Perform fixture changes, indicate fixtures, and adjust machine parameters
- Make simple G/M code edits and troubleshoot tooling or machining issues
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings
- Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform daily preventive maintenance and machine tool checks
- Work with engineering and supervision on process improvements
- Train and support Level B & C machinists on set-ups and best practices
What You Bring
- Hands-on CNC machining and set-up experience
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls and basic G/M code
- Ability to read blueprints and use basic inspection tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on the night shift
- Interest in coaching or leading other machinists
