We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level CNC Mill Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts according to specifications. Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines to produce parts per prints and work instructions
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Perform basic machine setups under supervision
- Inspect parts using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Monitor machine operation and report any issues or malfunctions
- Deburr and clean finished parts as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- CNC experience preferred; training will be provided
- Basic math and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret simple prints is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
- On-the-job training and skill development
