Kadlec Clinic is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology physician to join a supportive and highly collegial team in Richland, Washington.
This opportunity offers a flexible 4- or 5-day work schedule, allowing physicians to tailor their practice to either a more balanced lifestyle or a higher production model, depending on their preferences. The role includes a mix of clinic and surgical time, with access to two DaVinci robotic systems for those interested in maintaining an active surgical practice.
Physicians will also benefit from access to an ASC, a Perinatal Center, and a Fertility Clinic, supporting a comprehensive scope of practice. Kadlec’s OB-GYN program is well-established and busy, with more than 2,700 deliveries annually. The hospital is supported by 24/7 onsite OB Hospitalist and Midwife coverage. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing practice while enjoying a high quality of life along the Columbia River in southeast Washington.
Position Details:
- Full-time position
- 4, 10-hour shifts or 5, 8-hour shifts schedule; Monday to Friday
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Low intensity call 6 days per month with right of first refusal for hospital care of established clinic patients
- Participation in limited OB Hospitalist shift coverage available upon request
- Access to 2 Da Vinci Robots
Compensation & Benefits:
- Compensation is between $375,745 and $487,670 per year
- $90k Sign-on bonus and $15k relocation assistance available

Qualifications & Requirements:
- New graduates are encouraged to apply but experience is a plus
