We’re seeking an experienced advisor who wants greater autonomy, fewer platform constraints, and the opportunity to do more meaningful planning—while stepping into established client relationships and contributing to intentional growth.
The RoleThis role is ideal for an advisor coming from a wirehouse, bank, or hybrid RIA environment who is ready for deeper planning, more control over the client experience, and a clearer link between effort and upside. You will serve as primary advisor for a segment of existing clients while helping grow the firm through referrals, COIs, and community presence.
Key Responsibilities- Own and lead existing client relationships as the primary advisor.
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning and investment advice aligned with firm processes.
- Identify planning opportunities across tax, retirement, insurance, estate, and cash flow.
- Support firm growth through:
- Proactive referral development and client touchpoints
- Building and maintaining COI relationships (CPAs, attorneys)
- Representing the firm at community and industry events
- Leading follow-up from firm-hosted events and introductions
- Targeted prospect outreach and nurturing
- Contribute to improving systems, workflows, and the overall client experience.
- 5 years of experience in a wirehouse, bank, or hybrid RIA setting
- Strong client-facing and planning skills with a relationship-first mindset
- Demonstrated ability to attract or grow client relationships
- Comfortable presenting advice without product or platform pressure
- CFP® preferred
