Kadima Wealth is a fast-growing, fee-only Registered Investment Advisor.
Due to increasing demand generated through our digital marketing efforts, we are looking to add a Financial Advisor to our team.
This is not a cold-calling role.
- We generate a consistent flow of qualified, inbound appointments. Your role is to lead meetings, build trust, and convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead initial and follow-up meetings (Zoom and in-person)
- Convert inbound prospects into clients
- Deliver financial planning and investment recommendations
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with the team on planning and portfolio strategy
- Gradually take ownership of existing client relationships

Who We’re Looking For
- 3–10 years of experience in wealth management
- Active Series 65 or Series 7/66 (required)
- CFP® preferred (or actively pursuing)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfortable leading client meetings and closing business
- Growth-oriented and interested in long-term opportunity
