Maintenance Assistant – Entry Level

Responsibilities include:
Basic repairs: walls, doors, lights, plumbing, etc.
Assisting with room cleaning and furniture moving
Groundskeeping (trimming, sweeping, etc.)
Responding to maintenance requests and emergencies
Supporting the overall operation of the maintenance department
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Basic repair/maintenance skills preferred
Long-term care experience a plus
