Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Monitor resident status and communicate changes to physicians and nursing leadership
- Supervise and support non-licensed nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Assist in coordinating and adjusting treatment plans based on resident needs
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations and standards
- Support a safe, organized, and efficient nursing unit during assigned shifts
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility)
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
- Ability to supervise and support nursing staff effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Higher hourly rate when benefits are waived
