Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions
- Develop individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of patients
- Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family
- Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and other support staff.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Communicate with family members or patient responsible parties
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations
- Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.
- Valid Pennsylvania state license
- Graduate of a APTA approved school for Physical Therapy
