Kadima Healthcare is seeking a full-time Paralegal to assit with Guardianship applications. The ideal candidate will provide support in all aspects of case preparation and case management, have an interest in legal writing, excellent communication skills and attention to detail, and an overall desire to help our clients and the community.

- Associate's degree in paralegal studies, a paralegal certificate, or a Bachelor's degree in any field preferred
- Legal experience preparing Guardianship applications
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and organized
- Self-starter who has the ability to work as part of a team and independently, manage and prioritize multiple projects with accuracy, and meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook
- Comfortable speaking on the phone
- Demonstrates the highest level of professionalism and customer service; ability to handle confidential matters with discretion
