Maintenance Director

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside and Kadima at Luzerne is looking to hire a Maintenance Director to join our team!

Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Lakeside and Luzerne is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide them with a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

The purpose of this role is to provide a safe home-like environment to all residents. Maintain facility grounds and conduct weekly/monthly audits and ensure vendor inspections are completed timely and in compliance with life safety code.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day facility maintenance and repairs as needed
• Assist in maintaining a safe and home-like environment for the residents.
• Complete weekly, monthly and year audits for life safety code.
• Ensure proper communication and record keeping of facility vendor audits per life safety code.
• Manage and Oversee Environmental Services Department
  
  
  

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess knowledge of life safety regulations
