Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) is seeking a reliable and hardworking Dietary Aide to join our team. In this role, you will assist with meal service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment, ensuring residents receive quality service and care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meal service, including tray preparation and delivery to residents
- Set up and maintain dining areas in a clean, organized manner
- Ensure residents receive correct meals, utensils, and any special dietary accommodations
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation and dishwashing as needed
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and respond to their needs
- Previous experience in food service or healthcare preferred, but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Dependable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to learn and follow dietary and safety guidelines
