Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Kadima Health and Nursing at Lititz is looking to hire a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team!

Our mission at Kadima Health and Nursing at Lititz is to offer quality care to our residents, and to provide them with a loving and compassionate environment, attending carefully to their physical, spiritual, and emotional needs.

The purpose of this role is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan and as may be directed by your supervisor in accordance with the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.

Job Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day resident care duties under the supervision of the licensed nurses.
• Assist in maintaining a positive physical, social and psychological environment for the residents.
  
  
  

Education and Qualifications:

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess an active Certified Nursing Assistant certification, having successfully completed a state approved Nurse Aide Training program and competency evaluation.
