Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals to our residents
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in accordance with our dietary policies and regulations
- Collaborate with our culinary team to develop menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to food service, inventory, and budget
- Train and supervise dietary staff as needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback to improve our food service operations
- Must possess a CDM credential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift, bend, and move equipment as needed
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
