Bring energy and creativity to our residents’ lives! We’re seeking a Certified Activity Director to lead engaging programs that promote well-being and social connection in our nursing home community.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee daily and monthly activity programs
  • Complete activity MDS assessments and participate in care planning
  • Supervise activities staff and coordinate special events
  • Maintain compliance and accurate documentation


Qualifications:

  • Certified Activity Director (NCCAP or state-approved)
  • Experience in long-term care preferred
  • Knowledge of MDS and care plans required
  • Energetic, organized, and compassionate leader
